You can request deletion of your Wardie account and associated data at any time.
This page does not require you to sign in or install the app.
How to request account deletion
Enter the email address associated with your Wardie account.
Submit the deletion request using the form below.
Wardie verifies the request by confirming control of that email address.
The account and associated data we control are permanently deleted.
Submitting this form does not immediately delete data. We verify the request first.
We will not tell you whether the email belongs to an existing account.
In-app deletion
If you still have the Wardie app, you can also delete your account from
Profile → Settings. That uses your signed-in session and is the fastest path.
Data that will be deleted
When a verified Wardie account is deleted, we remove the personal data associated with that account from Wardie’s systems, including:
Wardie account information and email / account identifier
Profile details (such as name, gender, age, avatar, and account flags)
Clothing / wardrobe items and uploaded clothing images
Outfit history and saved / worn outfit records stored for the account
Wardrobe preferences, style profiles, swipe likes/dislikes, and recommendation / learning data
AI Coach conversations and messages
Wardie Credits balance stored for the account
Wardie’s copy of subscription entitlement rows for that user
Data retained
Wardie does not keep a personal profile or wardrobe after a verified account deletion.
Some non-identifying or third-party records can remain:
Anonymized AI usage events. Individual AI-call cost rows stay in our usage log
with the user identifier removed (feature, token counts, estimated cost, and timing).
The schema does not set a deletion date for these rows.
Shared clothing scan cache. Wardie stores a global, anonymized cache keyed by
an image-content hash (analysis metadata only — no user id and no user photo file).
This cache is not tied to your account and is not deleted when an account is deleted.
Shared catalog content such as Style Swipe inspiration items, which are not your personal data.
Billing records held by Google Play and RevenueCat. Payment, tax, and store-subscription
records are retained by those providers under their own policies. Wardie does not control that retention
and does not publish a retention period for it.
Short technical backups of our own systems, as described in the Wardie Privacy Policy,
until those backups rotate. No specific backup window is configured in the product beyond that description.
Subscriptions (Wardie Plus)
Deleting your Wardie account removes Wardie’s copy of your entitlement and stops Plus features in the app.
It does not cancel a Google Play subscription and does not issue a refund.
If you pay for Wardie Plus, cancel separately in
Google Play → Payments & subscriptions
(or your Google account subscriptions page) to stop future renewals.
